We’re the gardeners of ideas strategists, designers, storytellers, and restless creators who refuse to let good ideas die. We believe every brand has a natural shape. Our job is to uncover it, feed it, and help it grow in its own direction not force it into a pot where it doesn’t belong.
After years working across architecture, retail, software, floriculture and construction, we kept seeing the same thing: brands stuck in poor soil. So we started The Growers a studio built to free ideas and let them climb.
Creative brand studio led by Erwin Giezen. The Growers is run by Erwin Giezen, a brand strategist, art director and designer with more than 12 years of international branding experience. He combines strategic thinking with hands-on design and works closely with a small network of specialists when projects grow bigger or bolder.
