We rebel against boring. With more than twelve years of international branding experience and a pragmatic way of working. We help you build a brand that is relevant today and ready for tomorrow. We start with soil, not decoration. The Growers is a boutique creative brand studio based in Woerden, in the Green Heart region of the Netherlands. We work with founder led companies, scale ups and established organisations that feel the same thing at some point: the business is moving, but the brand is not keeping up. Sometimes the brand looks fine but doesn’t convert. Sometimes the marketing output is high but the message is unclear. Sometimes the inside and the outside do not match anymore. That is where we come in.

What we build is not “a new look”. We build brand systems that scale. A clear position and narrative people can repeat without thinking. A visual identity that behaves across channels. A tone of voice that fits the organisation and the audience. And practical tools that teams actually use: templates, decks, key pages, campaigns, guidelines, and content direction. Three layers

Our work usually lives in three layers. Brand strategy is the foundation: positioning, narrative, messaging, and the decisions that remove doubt. Brand identity is the system: visual language, typography, colour, layout, design rules, and the assets that keep it consistent. Brand activation is the movement: the moments where the brand becomes real, internally and externally, through content, campaigns, launches, websites, presentations and everyday communication.

We like brave businesses. Founders and teams who are done with random marketing, who want to choose a lane, and who want a brand that can carry the weight of growth. Either way, the goal stays the same: a brand that feels human, holds up in real life, and makes growth easier, not harder.

The Growers is led by Erwin Giezen, brand strategist, art director and designer. You work directly with him. Strategy and making sit in the same hands here, so the brand doesn’t lose meaning in translation. For some projects Erwin does everything himself. For bigger or specialised work, we bring in a small network of trusted makers such as photographers, illustrators, developers and writers, always tailored to what the brand needs. No bloated teams, no noisy process. Just craft, clarity, and pace.
