Leather is made to age beautifully, yet the category around leather care often feels industrial, technical and uninspiring. The opportunity was to create an alternative: a natural, handmade product with a brand people would be proud to keep next to the boots, bags and leather goods they care about.
We built Erwin’s around a simple philosophy: preserve what is worth keeping. Natural ingredients, traditional craftsmanship and a love for adventure shaped the entire brand world. From naming and positioning to identity, packaging, photography, storytelling and e-commerce, every detail was designed to feel authentic, tactile and made with care.
